Comparison of UO and AAU Peer Faculty Salaries

Here is an update on how UO faculty are doing compared to our AAU comparitors.
We track both salary and total compensation. The bottom line is that faculty salaries at UO are dead last among all AAU institutions, not just our AAU comparators. Also se the article "UO Rates Dead Last in Faculty Salaries."

Employee Free Choice Act Goes to Congress Soon

In the latest issue of Union Action, postcards to support the passage of the Employee Free Choice Act were inserted. We asked that faculty sign the postcards and return them through interoffice mail to AFT 2121 at 31 Gough Street. The postcards have begun to arrive, and we have received a good number so far. But we need many more postcards soon, and here’s why:
